The spoken review
History and current complaints, taken in ordinary language.
Service
Routine checks with a practitioner in the room, not an online questionnaire.
| Check type | Routine, work, travel |
|---|---|
| Exam | In the room |
| Outcome | A written account |

What a check covers
History and current complaints, taken in ordinary language.
Physical basics examined with the consent and comfort of the patient first.
A written account for the employer, airline or your own file as needed.
The approach
Checks are useful exactly because they are boring: measured, written, and archived. Where a finding needs follow-up, that is said in the room rather than left in the report drawer.
Say what the paper is for when you write; the check is then shaped for that document from the start.
